About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all soft services operations at the assigned site
- Manage housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control
- Oversee façade cleaning and related support services
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs
- Maintain adherence to HSE requirements and client expectations
Requirements
- Trade School degree or equivalent
- Experience in site supervision or soft services management
- Knowledge of housekeeping, waste management, and landscaping operations
- Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs
- Understanding of HSE requirements
