Responsibilities
- Define the Sitecore XM Cloud architecture including rendering host strategy, content modelling, and multi-site structure
- Design bi-directional API contracts between Sitecore and CRM via enterprise integration layers
- Architect single sign-on across Sitecore admin and CRM using Azure AD
- Define personalisation architecture using customer data platform segments
- Set and safeguard non-functional requirements for performance and concurrency
- Own CI/CD architecture using Sitecore CLI and Azure DevOps
- Produce solution design documents, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications
- Mentor senior and mid-level developers and set coding standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of SiteCore experience with 2+ years on Sitecore XM Cloud or composable/headless Sitecore
- Proven experience in the Airline & Aviation Industry
- Sitecore XM Cloud certification is required
- Experience architecting enterprise multi-site, multi-language SiteCore solutions
- Strong integration architecture experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns (MuleSoft preferred)
- Experience with SSO/identity federation (Azure AD / OIDC / SAML)
- Strong .NET / C# background and modern front-end knowledge (Next.js / React)
- Experience defining CI/CD and DevOps practices for SiteCore
- Excellent English communication skills
