About the role
Responsibilities
- Map commercial lending origination, fulfillment, closing, servicing, and portfolio workflows
- Produce document and data requirement matrices by deal type and workflow stage
- Define credit package and CAM reference model structures
- Represent lender policy, authority matrices, exceptions, and approvals in workflows
- Build conditions and covenants playbook and golden deal validation rubric
- Assess product readiness of commercial lending workflows and demos
Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on commercial lending experience
- Deep command of commercial loan origination and fulfillment
- Familiarity with CRE and/or C&I lending
- Understanding of credit policy, approvals, risk ratings, covenants, and audit expectations
- Experience with LOS/CRM and commercial lending systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across both CRE and C&I lending
- Commercial loan servicing and portfolio management experience
- Credit administration, loan review, or internal audit background
- LOS implementation or credit-policy modernization experience
