SME - Commercial Mortgage (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Map commercial lending origination, fulfillment, closing, servicing, and portfolio workflows
• Produce document and data requirement matrices by deal type and workflow stage
• Define credit package and CAM reference model structures
• Represent lender policy, authority matrices, exceptions, and approvals in workflows
• Build conditions and covenants playbook and golden deal validation rubric
• Assess product readiness of commercial lending workflows and demos

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on commercial lending experience
• Deep command of commercial loan origination and fulfillment
• Familiarity with CRE and/or C&I lending
• Understanding of credit policy, approvals, risk ratings, covenants, and audit expectations
• Experience with LOS/CRM and commercial lending systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across both CRE and C&I lending
• Commercial loan servicing and portfolio management experience
• Credit administration, loan review, or internal audit background
• LOS implementation or credit-policy modernization experience
