About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SME lending operations, including onboarding, disbursements, repayment scheduling, servicing and closure
- Coordinate loan onboarding, documentation, verification and account setup
- Oversee loan disbursements within established turnaround times
- Manage repayments, payment allocations, early settlements and loan adjustments in the LMS
- Perform loan reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with Finance
- Monitor repayment performance and overdue accounts with Credit Risk and Collections
- Maintain lending records and operational reports
- Improve workflows using digital tools, AI and automation
- Support LMS enhancements and UAT with Product and Technology
- Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT requirements and audit standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years in SME lending operations, credit operations or loan servicing
- Hands-on experience with SME lending products and loan management systems
- Understanding of loan accounting, ledger reconciliation and credit monitoring
- Familiarity with UAE lending regulations and AML/CFT guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Digitally savvy, with experience using AI and automation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
