About the role
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor CCTV systems, video analytics, access control systems, alarm systems, and communication platforms
- Proactively monitor resort facilities, gaming support areas, and logistics facilities for suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to security alarms, alerts, and incidents following SOC procedures
- Coordinate and dispatch Security Officers, Emergency Response Teams, and Medical Services
- Act as the central communication point during incidents and emergencies
- Document all incidents and operational activities accurately in SOC logs
- Initiate emergency protocols such as evacuation or lockdown during critical incidents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations
- Minimum 2 years experience in SOC or Security control room operations
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and remain calm
- Knowledge of security policy and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in site security operations at a luxury hotel
- Bi-lingual (English / Arabic)
