About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage social media content on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Manage content calendar, post scheduling, and real-time engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Generate engaging, original content including text, videos, and images
- Design graphics and visuals for social media, websites, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure brand consistency in all designs and messages
- Create digital, video, or audio content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media, preferably in luxury or travel industries
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Flexible work schedule including weekends
