Social and Digital Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage social media content on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Manage content calendar, post scheduling, and real-time engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
• Generate engaging, original content including text, videos, and images
• Design graphics and visuals for social media, websites, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs and messages
• Create digital, video, or audio content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in social media, preferably in luxury or travel industries
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Flexible work schedule including weekends
