Social Media Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs
• Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments
• Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies
• Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization based on performance data
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives
• Stay updated with Facebook platform changes, algorithm updates, and policy changes
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook or LinkedIn ads
• Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
• Deep understanding of Facebook pixel and audience building
• Proven ability to develop paid strategies that result in positive ROI across various industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team interaction
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
