Social Media and Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters and digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and creative teams on consistent brand messaging and campaigns
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance metrics
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
• Stay current with social media trends, tools and best practices
• Coordinate with external vendors and influencers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a leadership role
• Influencer outreach and day-to-day shooting of reels, TikTok, BTS and stories
• Produce daily content and brief the creative producer for campaign-level work
• Bilingual Arabic and English captioning
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, CMS and digital marketing tools
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and drive strategy
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
