About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms including reels, stories, and feed posts
- Write captions that reflect brand tone and messaging
- Support video content creation through filming and editing
- Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar
- Coordinate upcoming posts with marketing campaigns and business priorities
- Work with the Founder and Marketing Manager to align on monthly priorities
- Coordinate shoots and creative materials with Production and Design teams
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions
- Support community engagement and build audience relationships
- Assist with content creation for digital and paid social campaigns
- Track performance metrics using native platform analytics to inform future decisions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media best practices
- Basic content editing skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and paid campaigns
- Ability to track social media performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with short-form video content creation and optimization
- Highly organized with ability to manage a structured content calendar
- Strong written communication skills for captions
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive to different locations
