Social Media & Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across platforms including reels, stories, and feed posts
• Write captions that reflect brand tone and messaging
• Support video content creation through filming and editing
• Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar
• Coordinate upcoming posts with marketing campaigns and business priorities
• Work with the Founder and Marketing Manager to align on monthly priorities
• Coordinate shoots and creative materials with Production and Design teams
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions
• Support community engagement and build audience relationships
• Assist with content creation for digital and paid social campaigns
• Track performance metrics using native platform analytics to inform future decisions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media best practices
• Basic content editing skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express
• Basic understanding of social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Ability to track social media performance metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience with short-form video content creation and optimization
• Highly organized with ability to manage a structured content calendar
• Strong written communication skills for captions
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive to different locations
