About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage influencers and UGC creators, including outreach, negotiations and agreements
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities and product launches
- Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, including graphic asset briefs
- Adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging copy in Polish
- Schedule and publish posts and stories, moderate comments and respond per brand guidelines
- Coordinate paid amplification with the media specialist
- Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements
- Manage day-to-day client communication and keep deliverables on schedule
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing
- Fluent Polish with excellent copywriting skills
- Good command of English
- Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including analytics tools
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach and ability to manage projects independently
