About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of assigned social channels
- Help build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars
- Coordinate with creative, design, video and production teams on content delivery
- Draft and adapt social copy in English and Arabic
- Schedule and publish content accurately and on time
- Monitor social channels for reactive or trending opportunities
- Support Community Managers with engagement and escalation
- Assist with client requests, presentations and meeting preparation
- Support monthly reporting, data collection and performance tracking
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and social strategy
- Support shoots, events and on-ground content capture
Requirements
- 1–3 years of social media experience
- Experience within an agency or fast-paced brand environment
- Fluent Arabic and strong English
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
