Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to schedule preview package sales and tours
• Verify eligibility requirements for potential owners prior to scheduling tours
• Provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing and email correspondence
• Assist management in training, coaching, and motivating employees
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 pounds
