About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, curate and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Engage the online community and respond to comments, questions and reviews
- Produce content highlighting FIVE's dining and nightlife offerings and promotions
- Track and analyse social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Capture video content during photoshoots, events and activations
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies and digital marketing technologies
- Work with teams to develop and execute new event concepts
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube
- Additional languages
