Social Media Fellow

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
• Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 2+ accounts weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms
• Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice
• Strategically leverage content databases including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds
• Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns
• Collaborate with fellow Social Media Fellows and content leadership

Requirements

• Deep platform expertise and strong trend intuition
• Ability to produce smart, attention-grabbing content on topics like news, finance, and culture
• Experience running social media accounts
• Agility to work in a fast-paced digital environment
