About the role
Responsibilities
- Own organic social strategy and editorial planning across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
- Create short-form video, graphics, carousels, and copy hands-on, including on-camera content
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments, DMs, and tags
- Monitor social performance and use insights to refine creative and channel priorities
- Oversee existing influencer partnerships, including briefs, approvals, budgets, and ROI
Requirements
- Approximately 2-4 years managing organic social for an employer, organization, or agency client
- Experience independently producing short-form video and on-camera content
- Strong social copywriting and design skills with Canva or similar tools
- Demonstrated audience growth and KPI-driven decision making
- Portfolio or work samples showing direct professional impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Education or edtech experience
- Influencer-program coordination experience
- Familiarity with Sprout Social or ClickUp
- Related bachelor's degree
