Social Media Manager + Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own organic and social strategy across channels to drive growth and conversions
• Build and maintain a live content calendar covering filming, editing, and publishing
• Develop breakout content concepts, hooks, and formats
• Manage the deliverable pipeline and coordinate with agencies, editors, and designers
• Own performance reporting, including growth, engagement, and attribution
• Manage ManyChat flows and coordinate with the email automation team
• Implement lead magnet strategies to convert audience into customers
• Coordinate sales cadence and community engagement
• Manage collaborations and ambassador programs

Requirements

• Proven organic strategy experience with measurable results
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience building systems
• Track record of creating viral or breakout content
• Experience managing and growing high-performing Instagram accounts
• Proficiency with numbers and data-driven decision making
• Experience coordinating creative production and briefing talent
• Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar automation platforms
• Working knowledge of email marketing and funnel logic
• Strong writing skills with a strong grasp of brand voice
• Self-starter mentality comfortable in a fast-paced environment
