About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content including graphics, videos, and captions
- Build and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow followers and generate leads
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns
- Establish brand authority through innovative storytelling and content marketing
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries
- Monitor key metrics and generate performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms
- Experience with social media analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and ad copy
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
