Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media and community development strategies for the game
- Create platform-adapted content and ensure regular updates
- Build active interaction with players, manage feedback, and maintain a positive community experience
- Analyze content effectiveness, test new approaches, and improve results based on data
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to support launches, LiveOps, and other initiatives
- Monitor industry, social media, and competitor trends to implement best practices
Requirements
- Deep understanding of social platform specifics and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit)
- Ability to independently film and edit short videos and basic graphic design skills
- Strong English copywriting skills (primary market is the USA)
- Understanding of gamer psychology and gaming culture (slang, memes, genre specifics)
- Experience with AI tools for content generation
- Experience responding to reviews on Google Play / App Store using AI tools
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
