Responsibilities

• Create content including Reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, and captions
• Manage freelance video editors by writing briefs and managing deadlines
• Grow and moderate the company Discord community
• Write email marketing campaigns including onboarding and re-engagement sequences
• Write ad copy based on performance data
• Monitor engagement metrics such as views, saves, and signups to optimize content strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience running a social media account with verifiable metrics
• Strong aesthetic taste and ability to explain creative decisions
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate or enhance workflows
• Ability to write short, clear, and engaging copy
• Deep understanding of current social media trends and formats
