About the role
Responsibilities
- Create content including Reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, and captions
- Manage freelance video editors by writing briefs and managing deadlines
- Grow and moderate the company Discord community
- Write email marketing campaigns including onboarding and re-engagement sequences
- Write ad copy based on performance data
- Monitor engagement metrics such as views, saves, and signups to optimize content strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience running a social media account with verifiable metrics
- Strong aesthetic taste and ability to explain creative decisions
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate or enhance workflows
- Ability to write short, clear, and engaging copy
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and formats
