Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook page and additional social media platforms
• Create and publish engaging content on a consistent schedule
• Promote seasonal specials, service offerings, and company updates
• Develop educational HVAC content to build customer trust
• Maintain an organized content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms
• Respond professionally to customer interactions
• Assist with social media advertising campaigns
• Create promotional graphics and marketing materials

Requirements

• Previous social media management experience
• Proficiency in Facebook Business/Meta Business Suite
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for local businesses
• Experience running or supporting social media advertisements
• Experience in home services or construction industries
