About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook page and additional social media platforms
- Create and publish engaging content on a consistent schedule
- Promote seasonal specials, service offerings, and company updates
- Develop educational HVAC content to build customer trust
- Maintain an organized content calendar
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms
- Respond professionally to customer interactions
- Assist with social media advertising campaigns
- Create promotional graphics and marketing materials
Requirements
- Previous social media management experience
- Proficiency in Facebook Business/Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for local businesses
- Experience running or supporting social media advertisements
- Experience in home services or construction industries
