Responsibilities
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly social content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns
- Recommend content formats and platform-specific strategies to maximize performance
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure content is optimized for social
- Partner with Analytics to review performance, identify trends, and test new formats
- Lead optimization of video formats including titles, thumbnails, tags, and hooks
- Drive A/B testing of formats to refine performance strategies
- Liaise with Marketing, Creative, and PR to ensure cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content planning, channel management, or digital media
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Snapchat ecosystems and algorithms
- Experience with video optimization techniques (metadata, thumbnails, formatting)
- Ability to work with data and analytics to extract insights
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Passion for beauty and social storytelling
