Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and promotions
• Develop creative content ideas including reels, stories, photos, and videos
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content
• Manage daily social media activities including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and standards of the beauty salon

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within a beauty salon
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and treatments
• Proven experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns
• Proficiency in additional languages
