About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, medical affairs, and creative partners to define organic social media strategies
- Maintain expertise on trends and audience behaviors across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Snapchat
- Guide content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes to ensure FDA and privacy compliance
- Partner with community managers and social listening teams to extract actionable consumer insights
- Develop and update the global social media strategy playbook
- Analyze performance data to deliver insights and make channel optimization recommendations
- Define KPIs and build regular scorecard reporting for leadership
- Interface with IT teams and agency partners to implement deployment workflows
Requirements
- 5-7 years of digital or social media marketing experience focusing on enterprise brands
- Proven track record of translating consumer insights into integrated marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating pharmaceutical Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows
