Social Strategy & Planning Manager (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Own end to end social media strategy across platforms aligned with business objectives
• Act as single intake owner for all social media briefs
• Assess, prioritise and schedule requests against the master social media calendar
• Define always on content cadence, volume and governance
• Monitor performance and provide optimisation recommendations
• Manage the Social Media Boosting Specialist and align paid with organic strategy
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, Corporate Communications, Loyalty and HR

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 6+ years in social media strategy, planning or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and performance drivers
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Strategic thinking, planning and prioritisation
• Clear written and verbal communication
