Software Consulting Engineering Technical Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as primary advocate and trusted advisor for the customer, driving business development
• Lead strategic engagements and periodic business reviews communicating KPIs to customer leadership
• Leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate customer needs and deliver innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership and thought leadership in software engineering and integration
• Coordinate across Cisco DevOps, service delivery and product management teams
• Work onsite at the customer site in Dubai as needed for hands-on support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years in customer success, technical support or engineering in B2B high-tech
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira
• LTE/5G, telecom protocol and IoT expertise; troubleshooting with Wireshark, Splunk or SQL
• Native Arabic and professional English
• Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS and commitment to AI adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Trusted advisor experience with C-suite or senior IT leadership
• Co-developed solutions impacting business KPIs
• Identifying new use cases and driving adoption in complex enterprises
• Cross-team communication and mentoring peers
• Translating technical concepts into strategic business recommendations
