Requirements

  • Expertise in managing software engineering teams across multiple technology stacks (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in architecting and building scalable software systems using micro-services
  • Exceptional Technical Prowess (ETP)
  • Experience with large distributed data systems
  • Ability to attract and select high-quality talent
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery
  • Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus
