Requirements
- Expertise in managing software engineering teams across multiple technology stacks (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in architecting and building scalable software systems using micro-services
- Exceptional Technical Prowess (ETP)
- Experience with large distributed data systems
- Ability to attract and select high-quality talent
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery
- Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
