Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop platforms, workflows, and automations to support growth experimentation
• Design, build, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with data and product teams to analyze user behavior and propose technical solutions
• Implement and integrate third-party growth tools and create automation scripts
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks impacting growth metrics, such as loading times and API performance
• Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to align priorities and execute a shared growth roadmap
• Take full ownership of solutions from ideation to deployment and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Solid full-stack engineering skills
• Experience in product launch or growth
• Competence with analysis and experimentation tools
• Proficiency working with APIs and marketing/CRM tools
• Results-oriented approach with ability to translate ideas into high-quality technical specifications
• Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments
• Solid degree in Computer Science
