- Develop and maintain new features in critical-importance systems
- Monitor performance and the impact of system changes
- Document changes made
- Build and maintain production systems with strong non-functional requirements

- Code and documentation inspection
- Automated testing
- C# development
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Microservices architecture knowledge
- Code review collaboration

- Public and private cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack)
- Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ)
- Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal and Lambda architectures
- Relational and non-relational data modeling
- CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
- Interest in the financial market
- AI development tools and LLM ecosystem familiarity
