Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer signal at scale
  • Build dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into bug volume and quality trends
  • Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems using agentic pipelines
  • Create integrations across the tooling ecosystem including ticketing systems and CRMs
  • Partner with domain specialists to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly

Requirements

  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver impactful technical projects
  • Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills from database to UI
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
  • Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
  • Experience integrating with third-party platforms
  • Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
  • Self-starter with a distaste for manual toil
