About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer signal at scale
- Build dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into bug volume and quality trends
- Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems using agentic pipelines
- Create integrations across the tooling ecosystem including ticketing systems and CRMs
- Partner with domain specialists to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly
Requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver impactful technical projects
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure
- Strong full-stack engineering skills from database to UI
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
- Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms
- Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
- Self-starter with a distaste for manual toil
