About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (Backend, Mobile/Web), conducting 1-on-1s, development plans (PDI), and performance reviews
- Translate company strategic plans into technical direction aligned with business goals
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions from app experience to backend services in partnership with PMs and Designers
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas to ensure transparency and alignment
- Promote a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and constant feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in leadership or management of technology teams
- Technical background capable of guiding architecture discussions for Mobile (Kotlin/Android/iOS), Web (React/Next.js), and Backend (.NET, APIs, Microservices, Event-Sourcing)
- Experience working with scalable, integrated, and high-availability systems
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence for conflict management and career development
