Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to product and program managers for complex solutions
• Create innovative designs accounting for end-to-end technical solutions in line with enterprise technology goals
• Work with stakeholders to meet business requirements including data privacy, security, and integration
• Assess vendor products and assist in implementing delivery models
• Set architectural direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts across multiple projects
• Lead Agile sprints in a product owner capacity and mentor technical staff
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of overall IT industry experience
• Expert understanding of solution architecture and cloud computing technologies
• Extensive working knowledge of Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services
• Subject matter expertise in Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic, and Webapps
• Experience building analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL
• Experience with generative AI, specifically text-based models and RAG search (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel)
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting Adobe PDF solutions
• Exposure to Azure Cognitive Search tools
• Experience with mission-critical technology components and DR capabilities
• Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design
