About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rules of engagement for wealth management in international markets
- Establish policies and procedures for seamless cross-border operations
- Lead market-entry strategies for new regions
- Identify HNWIs and UHNWIs in local and international markets
- Monitor performance of lead referral processes and track KPIs
- Act as a collaboration manager to facilitate internal lead generation
- Provide training to internal teams on cross-border strategies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of international wealth management regulations and market dynamics
- Track record in building and managing relationships across multiple business channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic plans
- International market knowledge and cultural sensitivity
- Client acquisition and retention strategies
- Lead management and process optimization
- Regulatory knowledge in international wealth management
