Solutions Architect III

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Scripts
• Create external REST API scripts and custom tools using Python and JavaScript
• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to acquire high-value data
• Conduct root cause analysis of high-profile technology problems
• Create rich data visualizations and automated tools to streamline processes
• Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• BS degree or equivalent
• Experience in customer-facing positions with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of core networking principles (OSI layers 2-4) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
• Familiarity with internet worked applications, databases, caching, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
