About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader, product manager, and engineering leader for programs at TTB
- Provide strategic technology advice to clients based on mission objectives
- Design and guide the implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions
- Work with React, Java Spring Boot, Python, and data analytics components
- Guide cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, EKS, Aurora, and AWS services
- Ensure compliance and alignment with architectural standards and best practices
- Drive innovation in client processes and service delivery to the public
- Identify risks and guide research and proof-of-concept experimentation
- Mentor development teams in modern delivery practices and professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of technical leadership or solution architect experience on large, multi-team products
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, serverless event-based systems, containers, and pipeline automation
- Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles
- Proficiency in object-oriented design, functional programming, design patterns, and modern API design
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design
- Ability to define and enforce application and cloud data security
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with human-centered design and product management methods
- Experience managing diverse, fully remote, and distributed teams
- Business development experience
- Familiarity with the Digital Services Playbook
- Relevant management certifications
