About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical bridge between Sales Representatives and pre-sales customers
- Guide customers in the selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions
- Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations
- Develop customer relationships and influence technical strategy
- Train sales organizations and channel partners
- Support customer onboarding and product experience
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops as a speaker
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience
- Strong knowledge of SOC operations and security analytics
- Understanding of cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust models
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services
- Exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, and Data Protection
- Excellent English communication and public speaking skills
