About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the API layer end-to-end
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Support to scope feasibility for API and web app deals
- Own SOW review for API/web app implementation scope
- Serve as the go-to API expert for Support when tickets need deeper technical context
- Translate between a customer's integration needs and platform capabilities
- Help shape the role and processes as the company grows
Requirements
- Technical, client-facing professional
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about an API
- Ability to scope implementation honestly and clearly
- Strong communication and confidence when communicating with clients throughout sales or implementation cycles
- Self-starter capable of working in a high-ownership, early-stage environment
