About the role
Responsibilities
- Solve for clients by designing and shipping solutions that fit how teams actually work
- Own the implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live
- Run working sessions and deliver hands-on training to drive adoption
- Create practical documentation including playbooks, workflow diagrams, and implementation guides
- Identify root causes of friction and design scalable systems
- Stay updated with new platforms, AI tools, automation, and CX innovation
Requirements
- Curiosity regarding new tools and technology
- Genuine empathy for users undergoing change
- Fluency in tech-meets-process workflows
- Experience working directly with clients or customers in support, success, or implementation roles
- Ability to translate between executives and front-line teams
- Conceptual comfort with APIs, integrations, and automation
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier or Make is a plus
- Strong foundation in SaaS administration and CX platforms like Zendesk or Zoom
- Dependability and resourcefulness in managing multiple engagements
- High EQ and accountability
