About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, from requirements to supplier award
- Partner with Maisons, Functions and Markets to develop effective sourcing approaches
- Conduct commercial evaluations, benchmarking and total cost of ownership analysis
- Prepare and support supplier negotiations with Legal and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance reviews
- Build market and category intelligence through supplier mapping and spend insights
- Coordinate sourcing projects across Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Operations
- Ensure procurement governance, supplier due diligence and risk assessments
- Track savings, cost avoidance and key sourcing KPIs
Requirements
- Approximately 3-5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Hands-on experience running competitive sourcing exercises
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisation and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to indirect categories such as Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Facility Management or Corporate Services
