- Manage the first point of contact for Hotel Guests and Recreation members using spa and leisure facilities
- Handle all membership enquiries, registrations, and payments
- Maintain and update the membership database
- Provide warm hospitality and expert assistance in navigating facilities
Requirements
- Experience in spa or leisure reception roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage membership registrations and payments
