About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and inviting welcome to guests and members
- Manage spa treatment and personal training reservations
- Provide detailed information about facilities, services, and retail products
- Maintain inventory of supplies and retail products
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Control facility entry and ensure security protocols are followed
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an intense environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Fidelio PMS, SpaSoft, or Micros is recommended
