About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Spa Therapists
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, shifts, and daily therapist assignments
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance
- Ensure treatments are delivered consistently according to Thai spa techniques and protocols
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to Spa Therapists
- Perform Thai massage, body massage, and other spa treatments as required
- Coordinate therapist availability and treatment allocation for efficient flow
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address service-related feedback or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety standards in treatment rooms
- Monitor spa products, supplies, and linen replenishment requirements
- Maintain clear communication between Spa Therapists and management
- Support management with operational procedures and service improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Spa Therapist, or similar position
- Strong hands-on experience in Thai massage and body treatments
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of Spa Therapists
- Experience preparing staff rosters and organizing daily operational schedules
- Good knowledge of spa operations, treatment procedures, and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on treatment duties
- Good command of English
- Relevant spa therapy/massage qualifications or certifications preferred
