About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate Pharmacovigilance and Clinical-regulatory content from Spanish into English
- Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on safety content
- Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency
- Adhere to strict, non-extendable turnaround times for time-sensitive safety content
Requirements
- Degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience translating medical documentation
- Specific knowledge in Pharmacovigilance (SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSURs, RMP) or Clinical-Regulatory documents
- Strong Spanish proficiency
- Experience with XTM or similar CAT tools
- Ability to commit to consistent daily capacity
Preferred Qualifications
- Native level of English
- Healthcare professional (HCP) background, such as nurse or physician
- Emergency room experience
- Availability for weekend work
