About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute live, virtual, and hybrid speaker programs from kickoff through close-out
- Serve as primary contact for speakers and clients, handling recruitment, availability and travel
- Enforce SOPs, track speaker payments and log all interactions
- Coordinate venues, contracts, food and beverage, and AV with third-party agencies
- Generate invitations, manage RSVPs and track attendance
- Monitor program budgets, process honoraria and expense claims, and compile post-event financial reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience in pharmaceuticals or event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving
